We're building something ambitious, and we need someone who can open doors, make calls, and build relationships that move us forward. You'll be doing real business development from day one: identifying partners, doing outreach, negotiating, and building a partnership network in a market that no one has cracked yet.
This role is for hustlers. You thrive in ambiguity. You'd rather make 30 calls and learn something than wait for a playbook. If you're self-driven, motivated by impact, and energized by figuring things out on the fly, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Identify, cold call, and build relationships with potential partners.
- Research pricing and market dynamics across fragmented markets.
- Conduct outreach to media outlets and journalists for press coverage.
- Build and maintain a partnership pipeline and tracker.
- Research new markets and identify expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing any degree. We care about drive, not your major.
- Comfortable on the phone and with high-volume outreach.
- Organized enough to manage a pipeline across many contacts.
- Prior hustle experience: sales, fundraising, club leadership, or side projects.
- You hear 'no' ten times and make the eleventh call.
