Delete Account

How to delete your account

1. In the app, go to Profile (top right on the home screen).
2. Tap it to open the profile screen.
3. Scroll all the way down and tap Delete account.

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by contacting us through our Contact page.

Deletion options

• Request deletion (30 days): Your account will be scheduled for deletion after 30 days. You can cancel the request during this period.
• Delete immediately: Your account and your data will be deleted right away.

Data retention

When you delete your account (either immediately or after the 30-day request period), we delete your account and associated data. We may retain limited information about the deletion request separately for compliance, security, and legal purposes for the period required by law.
